Assuming my role as the Principal of this prestigious institution, rich in history andd pride with a long-standing tradition of ‘pursuit for excellence’, my aim is to build a citadel of learning. I consider education as the most powerful tool to inspire and motivate all.

I have always believed that growth is life. I nurture the vision of a burgeoning campus, full of bustling activity with my students standing tall on every platform as competent, compassionate and creative thinker. I envisage an institution which appreciates the differences in cultures while focusing on the humane aspects.

In this rapidly changing world, my objective remains to inculcate the qualities of dedication, sincerity and integrity, enabling individuals to remain life-long learners, ready to face the challenges of the world. With remote classes and online platforms, students have become active netizens. Teachers as facilitators have transformed their teaching methodologies to suit the demand of this virtual classroom. Taking up challenges, schools have surged ahead to provide the best educational experience to the students. I deem challenges as gifts and opportunities to showcase one’s choicest potentials.

“Accept the challenges so that you can feel the exhilaration of victory”. I echo the same belief and wish to see every individual of this VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world imbibe this sense of victory. I wish to fashion all young and dynamic Dipsites into “best thinking” individuals who will develop their capacity to manage all situations and in turn help others grow. With NEP and best practices in the classroom, it is imperative that education is churning out effective strategists for the nation and the world.

An educational institute is the harbinger of a ‘New Era’ with quality education, conscious architects and positive energy in a complimentary ambience. I acknowledge my commitment to empower our students and help them actualize their potential. In carving a safe future for the i-Generation in imaginative and innovative ways, I strongly believe that “the future is not some place we are going, but one we are creating. The paths are not to be found, but made.Life is growing like a tree and many opportunities lie ahead like the roots--unknown, traversing in different directions."

With faith in ourselves and our education replete with values, we must embrace the mysteries of this universe. I affirm that this will lead us to a better and safer world.
